The band is based in Welwyn Garden City, Herts and Essex coast and features David Lyall (lead vocals & guitar), Lee Rocker (drums & backing vocals) & Carl James-Cordean (double bass & backing vocals).
After a few years playing pubs, clubs, small festivals and private events, 2020 got off to a great start with The Kopy Katz supporting The Polecats, Restless and Darrel Higham & The Enforcers and playing legendary venues like The 100 Club, London. But due to COVID-19, things came to a halt.
In 2021 the band released their debut original single called THE KOPY KATZ SUCK. Also available from your favourite download and streaming outlets.
The Kopy Katz returned to live shows from June 2021 and are looking forward to a great 2022.
